ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays or periods of high demand.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically delivered within approximately 3 business days within the European Union and 5–7 business days outside the European Union after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs processing, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, shipping method and the items in your order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
